Empty containers are picked up from the manufacturer and returned to the cross dock. Most customers complete bills of lading which would direct us to return the empty containers to their suppliers. These empty containers would then be delivered when we are picking up the next day’s supplies in the collection route.
Delivery
Your deliveries are scheduled to meet your needs. We deliver from one truck to three trucks (beginning of every shift) into our customers’ manufacturing facilities. You get only what you need, so you can work directly from the dock to the production line.
Consolidation
Our cross-docking facilities are equipped with state of the art scanning hardware and software so that we can transfer freight quickly and accurately into scheduled delivery trucks. The shipment is not released until all products which should be on the trailer have in fact been loaded.
Collection
There are over 200 routes daily which collect our customers’ suppliers’ product and deliver returnable containers. Our trucks bump these suppliers’ docks at the same time every day. These supplies are combined to meet the needs of hundreds of customers in one truckload. You share the cost of that truckload instead of paying for the entire shipment.
